ART U READY presents the first solo exhibition of the artist J.G.F. A constant emotional impulse that is glimpsed through an elegant visual poetics, symbolic, balanced and complex.
A micro-world of hieroglyphs and enigmas that becomes universal. The exhibition will be held at El Invernadero.
ART U READY presents Javier Guijarro Fayard´s first solo exhibition. An emotional pulse of the human psyche through architecture and the digital. Based on planimetries developed with digital techniques, the work of the artist Javier Guijarro Fayard (1973), an architect by training and profession, transports us to poetic imaginary micro-worlds of extraordinary visual beauty that invite us to explore the concerns of human nature with its ambiguities and contradictions. His work is full of hieroglyphs, symbolisms and enigmas. After two decades dedicated to research and artistic creation using digital techniques, we will be able to see for the first time his fantastic landscapes and dreamlike universes with infinite readings. His compositions invite us to dive into a fascinating unconscious loop full of symbolism. His work plays with us again and again. Metaphysical spaces that remind us of the paintings of Giorgio de Chirico, the illusory places of Piranesi’s engravings or the impossible perspectives of Escher. With clear references to cyberpunk, Javier Guijarro Fayard will present two collections of 12 drawings respectively, one accompanied by NFTs, which will complement each work as an indivisible part of the artistic piece and with which he manages to mimic us even more in his infinite sequence.
A metaphor through an imaginary world of the human mind and heart. Everything is a fortuitous game that escapes our control and which we can only enter through acceptance. Existential unease where we can also glimpse hope and the possible escape routes we are capable of devising, perhaps in the form of imaginary paradises. A constant emotional drive that is glimpsed through an elegant, symbolic, balanced and complex visual poetics. Javier Guijarro Fayard’s work is an extraordinary exercise in empathy with the concerns of the psyche, which, through graphic and figurative mechanisms, acquires its own very personal style. A micro-world that becomes universal.

About the artist
Javier Guijarro Fayard: Born in Madrid, his life is spent between France and Spain. Artist, architect by training and profession. After two decades of research his work comes to light in what will be his first solo exhibition where the artist will present 24 works created with digital techniques and 12 NFT. He also intervenes in one of the collections manually with oil paint, in order to capture the viewer’s attention on an element.
From his passion and connection with art, ART U READY was born in 2016. Framed in the CSR section, it is a platform to give visibility to artists with a transversal and peripheral view, aligned with values that improve society. Encouraging transversality and blurring borders in art is one of its main slogans. EL INVERNADERO
Its origins date back to the mid-19th century. It is believed to have been built by a great lover of botany, the Marquis of Casa Jiménez. Located in the courtyard of what was his residence, a stately building from the beginning of the 19th century, its two large chestnut trees bear witness to its past. Converted today into a contemporary space, El Invernadero conserves its original iron structure, greyish in colour and with a markedly French air. It is the headquarters of the real estate boutique The Sibarist, where they also hold events for prestigious firms and their ART U READY exhibitions.
