“Real Food, Real People” is the motto of this restaurant that we never tire of. Since they opened their doors we have been regular and unconditional customers, especially on weekdays since it is also next to our studio. We love it and that’s why we’ve chosen it as our recommendation of the month – we hope you like it as much as we do!
American Christopher Fuchs, Danish Rasmus B. and French-born chef Benjamin Bensoussan, entrepreneurs and food lovers, frustrated at not finding a space for healthy, delicious, fast and affordable food, decided to create it themselves.
The gestation lasted three years, and involved hand-picking ingredients from small farmers, travelling the world in search of culinary inspiration, to finally design healthy and innovative dishes that would suit all diets and budgets. Thanks to their different backgrounds and experiences ranging from working in the kitchens of top Michelin-starred restaurants, serial entrepreneurship in technology companies or training waiters, they have developed a conscious company that is constantly evolving.
