The house is semi-detached with three façades… with the garden facing south, sunny during most of the day and year and with beautiful views of the surroundings, the countryside where fruit trees compete with green and yellow crops, buildings devoted to aesthetics and in the background, the Montgri, mountains that sometimes act as a natural boundary between the upper and lower Empordà, where the Bisba and the Montgrí castle can be seen.
This house does not have the characteristics of a noble house, it is a village house, probably the result of joining a barn with the stables and the upper floor.
