Real Estate Consultant and Interior Designer Certified as Interior Designer in the Design School IADE. After working sporadically as a freelance interior designer, she has a good understanding of the real estate sector and has gained experience with investments competed at Salamanca Asesores Inmobiliarios S.A., where she worked for several years. Later, she joined as a co-owner and business manager at Yemas de Santa Teresa S.A. where she spent 18 years, this is where she managed to obtain a broad knowledge of business and marketing, as well as a visión for her own business. As a result, the brand’s value gets maximized. In 2009, she established her own office as a real estate consultant and interior designer, whilst managing several real estate family businesses. In 2014, she founded The Sibarist, uniting her passion for unique spaces and her real estate vision.

Hotel Consultant, Executive and team Coach certified by ICF and Escuela Europea de Coaching. Postgraduated in “Hospitality Management” by Les Roches Marbella. Swiss Hotel Management School. Bachelor Degree in Tourist Companies Management. CDTUR Madrid. Management skills teacher, communication and sales teams. She has worked with first-rate hotel brands for over 15 years of profesional life in different areas including business, marketing and personal development in the tourist sector. Along with her mother, Sylvia Girón, she founded The Sibarist in 2014, where she uses her hotel experience to aid the real estate management. She has a passion for marketing and communication.

Mercedes holds a degree in pharmacy from the Complutense University of Madrid. She developed her nine-year career in the pharmaceutical sector as head of a range of brands, focussing on communication, marketing and sales, and participating in different projects on an international scale. Previously, she lead a documentary programme on Tele 5 for two years, and for eight years has been active in the real estate sector as a broker. In September 2018 she joined The Sibarist as Real Estate Partner.
