Restored to preserve the historic character of the house, it features beautiful baroque details and interiors with arches and vaulted ceilings. Behind its baroque ornate façade, it hides interiors in which time seems to have stood still. The result of an intense rehabilitation, it maintains the charm of the houses of the 17th century.
You can enjoy the breeze between two seas, the Adriatic and the Ionian. Walking barefoot on the original palazzotto floors is a real treat.

After years of intensive research, the owners found this enclave with privileged views and nature as the only backdrop. Their aim was to recover some livestock sheds respecting the traditional architecture and surroundings, conceiving interior and exterior as a whole. Balance to the extreme to achieve that sensation of peace and tranquillity in the natural environment to which it opens. The superfluous is blurred to really connect us with the essential thanks to that warm neutrality. Pure calm.
The result is a unique house to enjoy an authentic rest in the most privileged and strategic enclave of Cantabria, next to the beach of Oyambre, Comillas and San Vicente de la Barquera.
