Art U Ready regresa para abrir la temporada de arte de Madrid a El Invernadero con dos artistas de excepción. El día 7 de septiembre se inaugura la exposición “Orillero”, que une a los artistas Dagoberto Rodríguez y Nuria Mora, en una exploración hacia nuevos territorios del arte en los que no habían trabajado hasta ahora.

It is heartwarming to think of our ability to recall the smells that made us happy. If you grew up outside the cities, or if during the summer your family moved to the village, your first years of life probably smell of morning dew, freshly cut grass, flowers growing in the garden, lemon trees, squeezed oranges ready to drink, the enveloping jasmine, more pronounced during hot nights. Fragrances are capable of taking us back in time to moments that linger in our memories.

So it is with the fresh, natural scents of Guerlain perfumes, which last week presented in our Invernadero the new additions to Aqua Allegoria. A line created in 1999 with the aim of achieving the fresh scent based on plants and nature of eau de cologne, but with the fixation of the best perfumes. For this purpose, El Invernadero was filled with flowers to become an oasis of nature and tranquillity among the buildings in the centre of the capital.
The name alone of the new Aqua Allegoria collection evokes everything it wants to convey. Called “The world is our garden”, it is the embodiment of the values of Guerlain, always so close to the gifts that nature gives us.

With summer just opened, the season of fresh and light fragrances is upon us, and eau de cologne is claiming its rightful place as a protagonist in our daily lives. After all, it is in the universe of eau de toilette that we can find the most refreshing scents, those that smell clean, perhaps even with a hint of citrus, that take us straight to the good weather. The usual problem with this type of cosmetic? Unlike perfumes, their scent is usually not very long-lasting. Not so with Guerlain perfumes, which makes it all the more unique.

A tribute to the wonders of nature that we poured into El Invernadero in the form of beautiful flowers in every colour imaginable, garden tables and refreshing fruity waters. The experience was a journey of sensations through the most sparkling citrus fruits, bright floral scents and fruity, juicy fragrances. An invitation to lose yourself in the memories of sun-blinded summers gone by. Barefoot strolls through freshly cut grass still damp with dew. Wicker baskets with food and red and white chequered tablecloths to sit on for a pleasant picnic in the open air.
