We discovered this original restaurant with its own wine to taste in situ, with a fun concept of an industrial wine cellar inside the space, where you can create your own coupage with the help of an oenologist and even customize your own label and take it with you. All this while you enjoy a delicious cuisine based on good seasonal ingredients.

Today we are with Mayice in a very special place. They are Marta Alonso and Imanol Calderón, product designers and architects whose studio has managed to position itself internationally as one of the most innovative. The space, an almost mystical place, with a history as peculiar as its unique appearance. It is a shoe shop project that never came to be, but was designed by the architect Francisco Alonso following the dream of its owner Manuel Losada, who wanted a space on a par with the best art galleries in the world for his shoe collections.


The new model was presented to the press in Madrid for driving on asphalt, and on a private estate in Segovia managed by The Sibarist. For the test drive it in the field, a closed circuit was built within the farm itself, where the attendees were able to test the abilities and performance of the new model at first hand.
